Top Dollar - Poor Customer Relations

I actually cancelled my order with Dee Sign and moved my business to Oakley after the snotty customer service representative refused to discuss my pricing as it related to competitors. The good news is that I ordered three signs from Oakley and ended up getting the entire order for 30% less - great service - and I basically got 3 signs for what I would have paid for 2 at Dee Sign.

Great signs, horrible service

Used them 4 times over 15 years, they make great signs but.... be VERY careful that your final order = your online confirmation. My last order was online with a 20% discount, agreed with the total and entered my cc. One day later I receive my final order confirmation which is 50% more than my initial order. They managed to NOT give me my 20% discount, then adding insult to injury they actually added what the original discount would have been to my total. Yep they up charged me and then re charged me again. It took 3 calls to convince them of the overcharge, no apology, no sorry for the inconvenience. I just Cslled again one week later for my credit on the difference, they're still "processing" it....

They do not reveal the total cost …

They do not reveal the total cost including shipping until after the order is committed. The signs wear out more quickly with wind moving the sign attachments. I like a sign post offered elsewhere better but I like the base ground stake with Dee signs better.

Professional quality signs

Professional quality signs, could not be happier, a small error but it was resolved satisfactorily. Only improvement needed would be an improvement in communication. I was told roofs were emailed, never received them, told emailed again, then finally was told they were mailed instead. Also, was told things would be ready in a few days, I thought the signs, but instead they meant the proofs. Waited just short of a month to receive signs for listings I had - is there a way to improve efficiency? If so, 5 out of 5.

I was very pleased with the customer …

I was very pleased with the customer service I received from the beginning of the process to the end. Kyla was very knowledgeable of the products and helped to keep the sign cost down. The art department help doing the layout with a drawing I supplied. When it came to the color they supplied 4 options based off the colors I supplied. When it was time for the order to be shipped I was notified up to them being delivered. During shipping my signs were damaged. I called and Rhonda quickly set up a replacement order and a week later I had new undamaged signs.

Don't like working with DeeSign

Almost every transaction with DeeSign has been painful to complete. Something always seems to go wrong weather it be the products were mailed to the wrong address, customer service not following through with remedies, or just plain rude and unapologetic customer service and management. They make my job and life a lot harder and never go out of their way to make the service easier for me.

I ordered two different sets of signs …

I ordered two different style signs with what they called their most popular material. The material is cardboard and the artwork is easily scratched and the corners when delivered we're all chipped up. I would highly recommend you find better material and not go with their recommended. I also received my signs and they didn't have holes and they were post signs. I don't know how you're supposed to hang them without holes. That I will say is my fault however I will say that it should not default to no holes, it should default to four holes and then the customer is to change to what they want. Signed with no holes are useless. We asked them for a shipping label to ship them back and put holes and they would not do that. For me to ship them back it was going to be over $200. I might as well order new signs that are going to be a better quality. On a positive note they did get my team name spelled right even know my shipping name was spelled wrong.

Ordered metal stands

They lost order, customer service found, and re-issued, so there was a delay when not expected. metal stands were to come with hammer extensions and did not.

This site is a joke

This site is a joke. I placed an order April 6th and didn't receive my signs until the 29th. The stakes to place the sign took another day or two to arrived and shipped in a separate box. I ordered similar signs through another vendor I found a few days AFTER my April 6th order. They arrived in 2 days and were half the price. The fact that BHHS tells people this is their trusted vendor is outrageous when there are other companies who will do a better job, for less money, and get the product there in a reasonable amount of time.

The entire team of DEE SIGN are amazingly professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Most my dealing was with Allen in the sign design team, his help & coaching got me the best results I was looking for. His help was very much appreciated by me, thank you for ALL YOUR HARD WORK..
