As an influencer I’ve received and reviewed multiple Yaheetech items and I’ve always been impressed! Such high-quality items. My kiddos adore their bounce house, and our shade umbrella is going to be such a help while hosting get-togethers this summer. Definitely recommend their products!

Item not available after ordering. They did not make any effort to send another similar item on request, because the price was a little higher.

Upon receiving my cage when I opened the box 2 of the trays were severely damaged. I contacted Yaheetech and was told they would give me a $25 refund on a cage I paid $229.00 for!! No offer of a refund, no return label. I will never do business with this company again. And my cc company will be getting my money back.

Not enough hardware

The wrong item was shipped to me and I’m not having very good luck getting it returned.

I bought a C-stand for hanging hammock chair and just got it few days ago. it's a good quality and very easy to assemble. the design is very nice.

I have enjoyed doing product reviews for this company. Their products are amazing and their customer service is great.

Item bought off Amazon, arrived damaged and after several messages requesting for the parcel to be collected for a full refund the company seemed to agree but now have not turned up on two separate days. They ignore what you write to them and refuse to refund the money. This company is an absolute joke, AVOID at all costs, I’ve now had to raise a dispute with my credit card company

Trying to line up holes for assembly was difficult.

I wasn’t sure if the water slide/bounce house I was considering ordering would arrive on time for my grandsons birthday. However, I accidentally placed the order before finding out the delivery time. Unfortunately, it was a Holiday weekend and I was unable to cancel the order. Yaheetech customer service was fabulous, they gave me several options to help resolve my issue. They even advised that I could refuse the delivery if needed. The delivery arrived in time for my grandsons birthday and he was one very happy 3 year old !!! Loves his quality water slide/bounce house. Great company, great customer service and would definitely buy from them again, So appreciative of their help.
