cat tree is steady, it is perfect size for them, it is so cute and even cuter with my cats. And it’s comfortable, my cats now only using this cat tree. When I was putting it up, my cats were playing with those accessories. It’s a really good buy! The installation is not bad, just took a little bit more time for connecting cave with the bottom base. If you are looking for cute, comfy cat tree, I have would 100% recommend this item!

First of all, I work for a freight company and I see a lot of things come across our dock that I know will end up being a claim due to poor packaging. Not the case with this company, I’m not sure of the last time I have seen anything packaged this well! Hats off to you! I was pleased with the ease of assembly and the sturdiness of the frame. Stools look nothing like pictures. Two came very scratched and damaged.

My order never shipped and only when I contacted customer service. Did they respond that the order was misplaced by the carrier. Then they asked me if I wanted a replacement or a refund. Of course I need the cage that I ordered for my bird so I told him I need a replacement. They told me they recommend me reaching out the next day for a tracking number. I’m still waiting for one.

First time Bad experience! I have purchased a Sofa and did not even have the tracking number and my two payments have already been token, I have to contact my credit card company to get my money back I have tried to call the customer service for several time and left a voice mail as requested from them NO respond very bad experience for the first time

I have loved all the products I have received from Yaheetech! They are easy to assemble and high quality products. I assembled them myself and all of the instructions for each product were easy to follow. The assembly has included the tools necessary which is nice since I don’t have a set of tools myself. I love the wide variety of products they have and that the quality is always really nice. My experience with this brand/company has been amazing and I look forward to receiving more products.

The cat tower I ordered came within days of ordering, and the price was great. Also was not hard to put together. My cats love it .😸

The stitches is falling out of our of the chairs

Furniture is not very durable. Got 4 bar stools and the armrests broke eventually as badly manufactured. Customer service wasn't helpful and they don't seem to provide spare parts.
