I bought a cosmetology train case and it was damaged on the interior tray system. When I asked to get a refund and a return label, I was told to just keep it and to accept a $12.00 refund. That is around 10% of the cost. I am still in the process of trying to communicate a return and refund process, but at this time I have nothing good to say about the experience.

We bought the stools from Yaheetech and there are very good in quality. I really like remand recommend to others.

I wish I could give 0 stars. They said UPS doesn’t ship to me even after giving 2 addresses that I regularly receive UPS deliveries. It’s more annoying because I had to reach out to find this out. They told me twice that they processed my refund which I never received. Opened a PayPal claim against them.

Warning: if their product is defective, they take no responsibility. Instead, they'll want you to talk to the selling platform (e.g., Wayfair, etc.) after wasting many days of your time. We bought a desk from them through Wayfair, but it came with damage--a visible, ugly chip on its most visible part, the top shelf edge facing the user. The damage was not from shipping, it was from its manufacturing because the chip is not on the edge, but on the middle of the plank. We contacted them, provided all the info they asked, There was a 7-days worth of them asking us questions, and we answering them. Yes, 7 days. At the end of the 7 days, they told us to contact Wayfair. If that's how they are, they could've told us that from the get-go. But not. They want to play these stalling games, make terrible suggestions (e.g., they ship us a replacement plank, and we have to take our assembled desk apart, and reassemble it.) Then, at the end, they ask us to contact the platform because they do not stand behind their quality issues.

Package arrived quickly,and in good shape a little early to use but plugged in and seemed to work well can’t wait to see all fluffed out for Christmas season
