I ordered with Amazon on the 30th April 2 black wishbone dinning chairs. Order arrived but as we were renovating went straight to storage . Went to set them up this week and it is a mattress!£ 100 pounds spent on these chairs that have never arrived. I have contacted through Amazon but no one has got back to me and have also sent an email to after sales. I have all the pictures as proof as to what’s in the box this was my order number. 202-5390677-4361120 Can someone resolve this for me. Everything is in the original packaging still in the box.

Ordered a dog play pen from these guys on Amazon. Item arrived on time but the door panel was buckled. These things happen. My gripe is with the customer service. I have asked for a refund four times and keep getting fobbed off. In one response they offered a 20% discount and suggested I give the item away as a present. Item was delivered on 27 June and I am still waiting. I have other items from Yaheetech, which gave been fine, but first time I have had to contact them. Very dissapointed with response. Amazon has now messaged to say refund being processed. Got there in the end, but I won't be buying again from this seller.

I was sent a completely incorrect product. Multiple emails were not replied to and countless phone calls went unanswered. I'm not sure this is a real company. UPDATE Received response via Trustpilot. Advised I was sent an email pertaining to replacement product...email not received.

I bought a small recliner chair but when it arrived there were 2 chairs i. Hadn't relised it was part of a 2. Piece. Set I unhappy with the chair but I don't have room or need for 2 chairs i have asked the seller to pick spare chair back up and refund part of purchase they are dealing with it
