Great customer service from start to finish. They ship super fast and their furniture pieces are very good quality. Recently purchased a bathroom storage cabinet from Yaheetech but had trouble with the installation process. I e-mailed their customer service and they responded promptly and assisted me throughout the whole process. The post sales service of a company really tells a lot and Yaheetech’s didn’t disappoint. I was also surprised at how well packaged their furniture pieces are. You can tell a lot of thought is put into it to ensure it reaches customers without damage. I bought a bed from yaheetech on amazon it was defective and impossible to assemble . the bed is asymetrical, item no 17 have different lengths so that makes the bed impossible to assemble. I've been waiting for over 2 months and still have not recieved a replacement!!!!! this is really frustrating & unacceptable !!!!!

Exactly as the picture shows, it just had the wrong instruction booklet inside, so we kinda had to wing it!
