Very quick delivery and the books were in very good condition.

I ordered several items on the same day and Amazon delivered the next day but Lowplex took two days. The books were fine but the packaging was inadequate and arrived torn. Fortunately the books were not damaged.

Ordered some books - David Walliams book set very near to Christmas, was sent professional email with order and tracking details for Royal Mail, I also called company to make sure books would arrive in time for Christmas and was assured they would and they did ! Would use again good service and extremely good value ! And good to use a smaller company as opposed to the big company all the time.

books arrived on time but fraud was committed on my account details due to a data breach with this company so will not buy again as they have only just contacted me about this fraud them took place a few months ago and cost me £500 extra!! will not buy from them again

First time I have used Lowplex. Ordered 2 booksets for my daughter as a gift. One of the booksets unfortunately was missing one book and had a duplicate of another book in the series (obviously a manufacturer error). I called them up and the gentleman I spoke to had me on the phone for only a few minutes and promised to send a replacement book out and insisted I did not need to return the extra book. 4 days later and I had the new book through the post and a very happy daughter. Very impressed and will make sure I always order any books from Lowplex in the future. If you see this Lowplex, many thanks for your help! Regards

I bought a childrens box set of books and paid £4.99 extra for their 'Gift Wrapping' service. I was shocked to see that they had wrapped a gift, clearly meant for a child, in Wedding wrapping paper. Their gift 'tag' was a folded sheet of A4 paper with my message printed across it. No care was taken at all. To give them a small bit of credit, they refunded me no questions asked. But when I asked for an explanation, they just said, "Sorry, we used the wrong paper" Awful, awful customer service. They clearly just want your money and don't care for the service they provide. I would recommend spending your money elsewhere.
