Schnelle pünktliche Lieferung. Positiv auch, dass Garantieschein sofort bereit war (auch wenn wir ihn zum Glück bisher nicht brauchen)

I ordered with a delivery address of MyPost24, which was accepted by Nettoshop, who state on their website, shipping by Swiss Post or DPD. As the client cannot select, I assumed that Nettoshop would use Swiss Post. They didn't, they used DPD. My parcel (CHF 200) did not arrive. On the DPD website the parcel remained at the DPD depot. So I called Nettoshop who advised me to wait a few days. I then received an email from Nettoshop requesting another delivery address as DPD would not deliver to a MyPost24 address (so why did Nettoshop use DPD?) I refused, advising Nettoshop that they had accepted the address at time of payment. Nettoshop then advised me they'd only return my money AFTER they'd received the goods back. A week later DPD finally returned goods to Nettoshop, but I still have no refund. At the Nettoshop call centre 2 staff had no idea about the delivery restrictions at DPD. Basically, Nettoshop simply outsource shipping terms to DPD. It's been a total chaos and poor client service. To add salt to misery, at time of order I even paid a shipping insurance via their website site, so why the delay in refund when the article is logged as in possession by the DPD shipper, who were contracted by Nettoshop?!

Alles bestens geklappt.

Die Bestellung war einfach und klar. Die Lieferzeit war perfekt. Das einzige Problem war, dass es nicht in mein Briefkasten deponiert wurde sondern in einem offenen Fach.
