I was rather nervous when ordering as I couldn't find any reviews online for Tenergise and was ordering an item that is out of stock in a lot of places (Solis Data Logger - wifi) and a lot of scam websites & scalpers are taking advantage of this. I emailed in to ask a few questions and Thomas responded extremely quickly with very helpful answers. I placed my order late on Tuesday and on Thursday the item was delivered by dpd, brand new in box exactly as described. I have installed the product and it works perfectly. Honestly I knew it was a bit of a risk ordering online but a huge thank you to Tenergise for delivering when a lot of other places are taking advantage. Will be using again & recommending to a couple of people I know who are looking for this item
