Absolutely shocking service

Absolutely shocking service Flight from EMA to Orly cancelled without any notice. There was nobody at the airport I could speak to and telephone lines were closed as it was a Sunday morning. Had to pay for very expensive tickets to Paris as I had an important meeting to attend the next day. Still waiting for compensation but looking at other reviews, it might take a long time.

Eastern Airways did the job with on…

Eastern Airways did the job with on time flights from London Gatwick to Newquay return. They serve a complimentary hot drink and a small snack. I found the crew friendly and those propeller planes are always fun. I can't speak for anyone else but I found them good.

Cancelled with less than 24 hrs notice

1st trip to Paris for my niece ruined. They cancelled our flight with very little notice. Weekend away now cancelled. Edit - nearly 2 mths later and they are stalling on the agreed compensation

NEVER use it again

Cutting a long story short they failed to notify us of our cancelled flight Orly to EMA, offered ZERO support or anything. Failed next day as well. The customer service is nonexistent staff not interested, agreed to compensation & expenses claim paid within 28 working day... Yet still waiting after that! I won't give up even if it means small claims court they are an utter SHAM!

Shameful experience flying from

Shameful experience flying from Gatwick to Newquay tonight. They have no idea which terminal they are flying from until three hours before the flight then announce a 3.25 hour delay just 40 mins before departure. Nobody here to help/advise/speak to. Totally rubbish. Please do not use this airline, they deserve to go bust! Go by train, car, bus, but do not use this airline!

Non existent customer service

The customer service both via email and also on the telephone was terrible- They were unable to help or to even try and find a solution to the problem created by them- They use handling agents and they don't inform them correctly of the procedures and leave people waiting. The onboard staff were noticeably bored and not interested with interreacting even for such a short flight. We wont be using them again as the quality Vs price ratio is just not worth it . Fly to Bristol and hire a car or use the train

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service Following a whole day spent in Newquay airport and then a cancelled flight in June Im still waiting for the compensation to be paid The company assured me it would be paid within 28 working days but that time has expired and I’ve received no communication Terrible way to treat paying customers

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, having booked through a third party provider and now having had the flight times changed the company will not accept that a refund is due. Both Eastern Airways and the third party claim each other is at fault having spent hours calling and emailing we have eventually given up, Nearly £400 out of pocket the treatment has been an absolute disgrace.

From start to finish, awful awful awful

From start to finish, everything went wrong. This is a truly awful airline. I booked a flight from EMA to NQY which was fine. About 2 weeks before the flight I was left a voicemail saying the dates had changed and I need to confirm or not. They'd sent an email from a DIFFERENT address to the booking automated email which went to spam. That's fine, I guess, only shortens my holiday by 1 day. I accept. On the day of the flight it is delayed, and delayed, and then cancelled on the day. I don't take them up on the offer of a 6 hour bus ride. I take the refund, which they delay to almost exactly 28 days (take note), but I do receive it. And then I file for compensation, for which they make me wait 28 BUSINESS days (strange). And then, of course, on the 28th business day it is not paid. I'm going to complain and I will make sure I get my compensation. Stay away from this airline. They do not operate with the customer in mind.
