So I accidentally chose the wrong color frame, and I emailed the correct details as instructed and it was all dealt with it before I even called on the next day morning. Also I requested the fast delivery and the frame was delivered within two days. Very happy with the service.

Delivery was quick. The frame was a gift so I didn’t see it personally as sent straight to recipient but they were delighted. Good service.
