The frame has been constructed beautifully with quality wood and components, but the finishing has let it down. I have had to sand the oak to remove little splinters from the surface of the wood. I didn't expect to have to do this when paying a premium for a frame. When packed, the glue gun glue has blobbed from the packaging onto the frame on the reverse, it did come off with a few minutes picking, but it was not ideal.

Good quality frames, delivered on time and packaged very securely. Really pleased with it for displaying my photographic triptychs for sale. My only criticism is that the size of the package could have been smaller.
