Being a very particular person, I sent various emails asking questions about the finish and sizes of the frames and received rapid responses. They even sent me photos of different frames at different angles in different lights to make sure I was choosing the correct one. A lot of other companies wouldn’t have done this, and this has been proven from experience. After placing an order, my frame arrived rapidly and was extremely well packaged. The quality of the product was perfect, and believe me, I’ve been over it with a fine tooth comb. My overall experience with this company has been amazing, 10/10. Excellent service and beautiful quality frame, good price too, the frame is well packaged with instructions for use, the only addition to the instructions I’d recommend is to drill the holes before screwing the screws into the hanging eyes (fixings)

Ordered two frames, and a photo to go in one of them. The frames arrived and are fine, but the photo was missing and an email enquiry has gone unanswered for nearly a week.

We needed a special frame for some professional photographs that we had had taken. We went to Beaver Frames and enjoyed their selection and thought their service was first class, The only reason we have given 4/5 is because we felt that there could have been an easier method of hanging the picture. I don't like enlarging holes in an expenssive wooden frame.

I ordered a frame for my MSc certificate, slight delay due to the pandemic and i ordered it on Boxing Day, but I am extremely satisfied with the product, it’s good quality and looks expensive which we like! The website was great, really user friendly and easy to navigate, everything was clearly written and explained etc. I would definitely order from Beaver Frames again!
