Great frame, very good quality. Delivery time was amazing, frame came in 3 days. Perfect for my graduation certificate and photo.

Unfortunately the glass in my frame had been smashed during transit - the cardboard had been damaged, and the packaging inside had been entirely insufficient - only a few foam bits, but no protective wrapping around the frame itself. I immediately sent photographs to Beaver Frames, and explained that (because I needed to give the frame as a gift the next day) I would have to replace the glass myself at considerable cost and inconvenience. I asked what compensation could be provided and, despite an exchange of emails, was given only £5 compensation. I was disappointed with both the product and customer service.

Great product, and great price. However, marked down by the fact it arrived 6 days late. Not sure if this was done to the seller or FedEx but disappointing non the less. Luckily I wasn’t in a rush for the item.

The photos don't do the frames justice, they are nicer in person, good quality and look like you've had your things professionally framed, worth every penny and delivered quickly

I initially ordered a frame unfortunately it had been slightly damaged during transit. I can tell you no fault of themselves as they package it very carefully to minimise the risk as much as possible however accidents still happen. I contacted them by email, and I then got a reply first thing the next morning apologising that a replacement had been dispatched immediately. I received this the very next day. Couldn't ask for any better and the frame itself is great quality. Fantastic company. Will be buying from them again the next time I need a frame.
