My order somehow got mixed up

My order somehow got mixed up with someone else's. And when I emailed to resolve the issue, they said that they would MAIL me a return shipping label. I received my CD a week later, obviously shipped to me directly from the other customer, but I had to remind them to send the shipping label. All in all it took from Aug 1st, when I placed my order, until August 17th, when I was received the shipping label to resolve the transaction. I have no complaints about the merchandise or the politeness/friendliness of the staff. Just seems the whole thing could have been cleared up faster with an emailed label or me shipping directly to the other customer the week I notified them of the mistake.

These details will only be available for shipments made within the last 120 days. Check your request So I ask you: Where is my purchase?

Women’s Sizing Runs Extremely Small

I ordered a women’s large t-shirt, getting a size up from my normal medium to be safe on fit, and it’s so small that I can tell even an X-large wouldn’t fit adequately. The company obviously knows their sizing is off due to the note on the packing slip that they charge $10 for exchanges and that choosing the wrong size is not their error. When their XL won’t even fit a size 8 woman, the problem IS on their end. The L is like a child’s size.
