I had one of the best customer service experiences with these folks that I’ve ever experienced maybe ever. As someone in the customer service industry myself, I’m very aware of how people communicate to their customers. My situation was somewhat unique: I had not yet purchased anything from the Bob Dylan store before I reached out to them via bobdylan.com. My roommate attended a Bob Dylan concert recently and purchased a poster which he intended to get framed and give to his father as a gift. My kitten ended up locked in his room and using this poster as a chew toy. My roommate was not upset, but I could tell he was heartbroken. This show poster design wasn’t available when I looked for it online so I found a contact email on the website. I was looking for another poster to purchase that might be comparable in design. Lori, the extraordinary woman managing this email address, responded quickly and went out of her way to check and see if they still had a version from the concert my roommate attended. She not only found the poster quickly, but arranged for me to purchase and have it shipped quickly to my house. The relief getting a response to my inquiry (and from someone so incredibly friendly and thoughtful) meant so much. She also really made the day of my roommate who will now be able to gift this present to his dad.

Great shirt, fast shipping. My only complaint is that the shirt was a little on the expensive side, but I am the one who decided to buy it.
