On April 3, I ordered a Cars bling shirt and paid extra for priority shipping. I received an email stating it would be shipped on April 6. Today is April 13 and I am leaving for Cleveland to see the Cars being inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame without my shirt. Emails to Rock and Roll T Shirts bounce back, undelivered. I called customer service and was told the matter was being looked into. I’m not sure if it’s a real company or a scam. The phone operator answered “XYZ Industries.” It looks like Rock and Roll T Shirts uses a third party to send merchandise. My advice is to purchase elsewhere. Part Two: On April 3, 2018, I ordered this shirt for a special event taking place 04/14. I even paid extra for priority shipping. It was just sent out 04/17. If you can't trust this company to send a shirt, how can you trust them with their expensive VIP packages?
