I ordered directly from mb store after finding the tank in Amazon (it was cheaper to order direct as they had a sale on the tank I wanted). Ordered with expectations of delivery 2-3 March and 2 days prior to delivery (29 Feb) I received the email saying delivery was for 5-8pm on 2nd march. Almost bang on 5pm the van arrived and the man unloaded the tank and even unboxed it and placed it on the stand for me. (Very helpful as I'm disabled). Couldn't have been a smoother transaction from purchase to deliver. Now the tank is up and running I can say the workmanship of the tank is very good, nice clear glass and overall very sturdy. I'd certainly come back again for another tank from mb if I need another in future.

Bought a 240 litre tank, which wasn’t water tight. Marek contacted me and discussed my options on how he could resolve the issue. A very polite phone call and was very apologetic as there had been an issue with my complaint not being seen. We have reached a solution and I’m very grateful.
