The tank was delivered on time & delivery people very helpful, would have been 5 stars but there was a minute chip in the tank

Was delivered within time scale given. Delivery guys placed the tank where I wanted it no problem. If I'm ever in need of another tank I would buy from these guys again.

Process from start to finish was so easy! Great quality aquarium and amazing value for money! Kept fully updated with regards to delivery and all arrived on time! Would highly recommend and when I am looking to expand then I will be coming back to these guys!

Went above and beyond. We ordered a fish tank to our parents address by mistake, good half an hour away, rang the number on the MB website and it was immediately answered by a gentleman who said he'd sort it out even though it was being delivered as we spoke!! Couldn't believe it when he confirmed the change of plan minutes later and two lovely blokes showed up to the right house without a word of complaint, even carried the tank upstairs for me. I wouldn't recommend making the same mistake we did, but would absolutely recommend this store. Customers for life now, what amazing service :) Ps. Tank seems great quality too.
