I have been making picture frames for a charity and needed a fixing for the backing. I came across Flexi tags via Google and Poolewood provided the best deal on a Framers Corner T225 gun and Flex tags. The service was excellent and delivery was good. The tool is superb and very easy to use, just what I needed for a professional finish.

Although it takes a little bit more time to arrive it's a nice item hopefully i will enjoy to use it.

Bought a Fox pillar drill. Turns out my order was last unit in stock and that unit was damaged. Poolewood offered to upgrade to a better Fox model at no extra cost or give full refund. I chose to upgrade. Drill arrived 2 working days later. Superb service from Poolewood.

I have only one thing I would appreciate and that concerns the payment for shipping and that is to know cost of transport when ordering. Because first I pay the price of the goods at your place and later I will receive from you how much I have to pay for the transport. This does not seem logical to me because the price may be too high for me and I would like to cancel an order that I have already paid for. Everything else related to your shop is great. thanks
