On placing an order for a diamond belt for the Sorby Proedge they explained it was out of stock but I could order one to be sent when they received their supply. In order to secure the price quoted (less than other suppliers) I did that and paid up front. The belt was received within a few days and well within their estimated date. Result one happy customer who will always check their website for other requirements.

Poolewood Machinery are a company I will use again. They went the extra mile when it came to sorting out my machine order and getting it shipped ahead of a manufacturer price increase. It was a pallet delivery and i expected a minimum of 3-5 days but it came in 2 . The machine was everything i expected and it worked straight out of the box after a little setting up. You could do an awful lot worse than give these guys a shot.
