Customer service answers all my questions with the knowledge they know about the medication..very friendly

I love MaxLife! They have been there for me each step. The staff are kind and professional. They always returns my calls. I was very hesitant about starting this weight loss process on line. Truly worried it was some kind of a gimmick. Not at all. Would recommend MaxLife to anyone struggling with ther weight. They have made it so easy for me. Audrey

It's been almost a year since I have been using Maxlife. In general, everything was fine. structures that I received sounded easy to do and it was simple to follow. Apart from that, the medication was priced reasonably and the shipment process was on time. Overall, it has been a good experience.

I have had such a responsive and helpful person, her name is Bailey. She listens and is kind thoughtful, and so knowledgeable. She is a pleasure to work with in my weight loss journey. She listens, explains, and had sensitive and sensible answers to any questions that I may ask. I told her woman to woman, (She Is A Sweetheart!) Anyone would be grateful, in their weight loss journey, to have a person as kind as Bailey to work with strong their exciting, new life journey. Bailey is sympathetic and caring, anyone would be as grateful as I am to work with a person that really shows kindness and knowledge together and I feel totally safe, in my weight loss journey. From the first contact with MaxLife to the last contact I've been positively impressed with every facet. MaxLife is professional, friendly and has the best customer service I've encountered in a very long time. And, I'm losing weight!

The staff has been great, you feel like they really care about you. Answered all my concerns. What I really liked was how quickly they returned my call and text. Got a 10 and a half from me.
