We were nervous to order a diamond and a ring we couldn’t physically see and hold. But the photos online are taken and show you every single flaw, if any! Placed the order over the phone with Alyce and she was great. Answered every question we had, and made us feel comfortable. The ring was scheduled to ship within 12 business days but I had it in my hands within 5 business days. The ring is beautiful. The diamond is amazing quality. And the actual band is perfect. The product (diamond) is beautiful! They did an excellent job with it. Customer service after the sale could be improved. Before the sale it’s good - but it slides noticeably after the sale. Two emails and a call went unanswered for weeks. I did get a call eventually and heard a bunch of excuses rather than answers. Too bad to because I will be buying earrings soon but not from here
