I used their online PDF editor and was initially charged €0.50, which I confirmed. Then, without my authorization, they deducted €50 from my account for a so-called subscription that was hidden in fine print. I never agreed to this, and their business practices are deceptive. Customer support refused to issue a full refund, only offering 20%. The website is also buggy, making it difficult to cancel the subscription. I strongly advise against using this service!
