Unfortunately the service did not provide what I needed. I was prepared to pay the trail fee and that’s fine. But now that I no longer require the service I am unable to cancel my subscription. 2 emails sent within the previous 30 hours without any response. I will be requesting a charge back via my bank account if they attempt to take the full subscription payment considering I am well within my right to cancel as per their Terms and Conditions. If the company do bother to read this then please fix these issues from stopping people from unsubscribing as this is breach of contract and is forcing people into paying the subscription.
