This company is a scam, i paid for a single service to convert a word file to pdf and it was a 0.5$ charge, little did i know i got charged for 49$ for a subscription i did not apply to during checkout, I contacted customer support, they take ages to respond and refunded me with a mysterious 9.8$ like theyre trying to help a homeless guy, ive issued a dispute with my bank since theyre not gonna be helping me with any refund or any replies for that matter, DO NOT USE THE WEBSİTE.

We needed to urgently convert a PDF to Word and unfortunately I discovered We PDF, at first it all looked like they would have the solution, I uploaded the PDF and went to convert, I was informed that this would be 0.50p which I paid, uploaded the PDF and tried to convert but just kept getting an error saying unable to convert, after a few attempts and frustrations I decided to give up and tried a different service thinking I had only wasted 0.50p but a few days later surprise surprise they had now taken £49. I contacted them for a refund but that said I had signed my life away with this company and could only offer a 20% discount.
