Service at Frost is amazing

First time visiting there and customer service was great. I was served by one of the directors Joe personally and he went out of his way to cater to my needs. The shop itself was very impressive with lots of high end jewelry/watches to choose from.

Where do I begin? Purchase the jewelry the first time Remained at the fedex facility due to bo communication with the jeweler due to a clearance delay Sent back to the jeweler Encouraged to repurchase items Sent out again At this time the items are sitting in the fedex facility for one week. Delay is response from the jeweler on Whatsapp Poor customer service

I think I've found the best jewellery store in the UK. Amazing quality pieces and superb customer service. Louis was very helpful in getting exactly what I wanted, custom made earings that no one else has! And gorgeous! 🤩
