I placed an online order 05 August 2024. I did not receive the order and contacted DVDLand 19 August 2024. As I had not received a response from DVDLand I raised a dispute with PayPal 20 August 2024. DVDLand responded to the dispute immediately lying by claiming they had in fact responded to me and that my order was due for dispatch 21 August 2024 and delivery 23 August 2024 however, upon checking the items I had purchased on DVDLand website both items have been “removed” and “are no longer available”. I don’t believe that DVDLand ever had these items in stock or were ever able to fulfil my order. DVDLand is dishonest and untrustworthy scammers please beware and don’t waste your money on them!!! Update: after providing the necessary documentation to Trustpilot my review is now verified, my review would not have been made verified if it wasn’t a genuine purchase and complaint.. Therefore, my review is in fact genuine and not a mistake. It’s rather concerning when a business not only breaches consumer law but will also deny a customers honest review/feedback. I hope you learn and improve. Update: Dear Fabio whilst you post comments containing slander please note that you are in fact engaging in defamation which as I am sure you’re aware is an offence. Please be advised that whilst you dishonestly flag my review, TrustPilot completed their investigation so after providing proof of my purchase they verified my review and decided to keep it public. I am happy with this result. Perhaps, instead of being dishonest you may wish to take on board the feedback you’re receiving, perhaps you’re receiving negative feedback because you need to improve. If you don’t want to receive negative reviews then I suggest you don’t scam consumers.

Ho comprato due vinili nuovi e sigillati dei Black Sabbath a un prezzo che nemmeno la concorrenza degli e-commerce può offrire, costo della spedizione nella norma, vinili in scatola ad hoc, consiglio vivamente di comprare in questo sito e di stare attenti alle offerte dei vinili e CD, grazie DVDLAND.

Piuttosto disponibili e spedizione impeccabile. Ma se inserisco sul sito l'immagine di un disco per illustrare il prodotto che si andrà ad acquistare, dopo è quel prodotto che bisogna inviare, compreso l'eventuale adesivo che nell'immagine ne indica la versione o altro. Altrimenti, basta specificare la cosa, come fanno altri venditori (giustamente) più scrupolosi.

parecchi mesi fa ho fatto una ordinazione a cui sono susseguite 3 comunicazioni che sottolineavano il ritardo della consegna a causa della label. Poi nulla per cui alcuni giorni fa ho richiesto notizie in merito. Mi hanno risposto in tempi brevissimi che a maggio mi hanno inviato comunicazioni che il cd era andato fuori catalogo ed avevano emesso un relativo buono. Probabilmente email finita nello spam. Ho rifatto l'ordinazione per un vinile ma rimanevo bloccato pertanto ho ricontattato l' azienda e grazie alla disponibilità totale hanno provveduto a risolvere il problema. Ieri ho ricevuto il pacco perfettamente integro. UGO da Torino
