From start to finish the guys at prima have been awesome. My point of contact Adeel was great he guided me through the eco4 process in a efficient and reassuring way. The surveyors and engineers who were sent out were all respectful of the property and worked to a very high standard. Thank you Lewis

Amazing service from start to finish . Management kept me up to date with everything and couldn’t do enough for me. I’m not the easiest customer , but prima did everything possible to accommodate my needs - down to replacing my old coving which looks more original than the original !!!! absolutely outstanding! As a semi community leader I've been involved in many projects, and I must say, this is the closest to a perfect experience ive had with builders / plumbers etc! The work is still in progress yet I felt compelled to write a quick review. To be honest I like to start with the negatives but other than being late a few times ( which i was informed about ) there aren't any negatives. The team is very professional and competent. I'm being kept upto date with everything and prima energy solutions have honoured everything promised. So far. I will be sure to write a full review once all works has been completed. Mr mulla

Excellent service, quality work, trustworthy and extremely helpful in making sure I got access to all the available government help and grants. Despite personal problems caused purely by me they were patient and flexible and went above and beyond to make sure a delay I caused didn’t mean I lost my grant. They were polite, helpful and tried their best to cause as little disruption as possible and had to put in quite an extra effort to fix issues they inherited when they took on my old, leaky system. I now have a new, effective and economical system and it cost me less than many other people quoted, in part due to Prima having experts to help guide you through the whole process including applying for grants and are extremely reasonable and reliable (even when I messed them about, unintentionally) would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Prima energy solution completed my full house heating. There work has been outstanding their team including admin staff has gone above and beyond enginers turned up on arranged times and communicated kept me informed of everything.I would highly recommend this company. Very satisfied

I’m absolutely delighted with the work carried out in my property having room in room internal insulation and my attic insulated as well. From Day 1 speaking to the office staff to the surveyors and the work carried out by labourers to engineers I can’t praise their work quality enough, I very highly recommend Prima Energy Solutions. They were polite, punctual, tidy and very professional and now my house is much warmer than it used to be so thank you very much once again. Much appreciate all the effort from all staff members.
