Blownaway by the customer service and quality of the product. I originally purchased the organic mattress protector for my organic mattress, I wanted to be sure what I used was GOT certified, and did extensive searches and read reviews of other GOT certified companies. I read so many great reviews with Whisper that it was no brainer and placed my order. What I didn't do was ask the question about heat, as I sleep very hot. When I received the protector I noticed it did hold heat, and though I loved the product and wanted to stay using products from this company I reached out to see they made a protector that is cooling. I recieved immediate response, and they answered all my questions and concerns as to making sure my mattress was protected and so that I could sleep cool. Alex was AMAZING, so great at explaining what he felt would be best for my needs, and so we decided to go with the mattress cover as it offers protection, not water proof BUT thick enough and could with stand simple spills as well as would remain cooler as there is no waterproof barrier. When I recieved the mattress cover, it was off white which I would like to have white but its ok it looked great and better IT FELT GREAT! I wanted to be sure it did keep cooler so I have slept now with the cover for round 10 days and am very pleased. It gives added comfort with the plush quilted padding, and love that I don't wake up hot in the middle of the night. I would still have my hopes that one day Whisper will come up with a cooling comforter or mattress cover but for now I AM EXTREMELY satified and will confinue to be a loyal Whisper customer. Great comforter - light-weight but warm and breathable. Sleeping well knowing there are no toxins emitting out of it. Highly recommend and will soon order more to replace the other old ones.
