I bought a punch bag from them off their website last week and due to a shipping problem, it did not arrive in time. Upon contacting the shipping company I was told that the package was 'lost'. I contacted Onex on the phone number from their website and my case was given immediate attention! The gentleman on the phone was absolutely lovely to speak to, he asked me for the details of my order and promised to send another set of the same order the next day. 2 days later I recieved the item without any hassle even though they were not obliged to send me a replacement for something that was the courier company's fault. The quality of the bag is amazing and could not be better for the price! I am absolutely in love with it and would recommend it to everyone! Great company and Amazing customer support.
