I have met Phil a couple of times this year when he has delivered my bikes to my door. As always, pleasant to meet him to exchange some banter as we try to put the world to rights …. more importantly though my bikes are well looked after and delivered in fine form. The dealer had given the wrong mobile number to the guys at move, so I didn't get the text message updates. As a result, I kept ringing them. They must have thought I was barmy, but they were very polite and helpful. Delivery took a few days but was quick, efficient and friendly.
