Move delivered my bike from the dealer in central london to North Wales. They kept me informed by sms at every step of the way - from when they would collect the bike to delivery date. Andy the owner even called me to check on my precise address (they can use whatThreeWords so can’t go wrong). Phil, who delivered my bike was a lovely bloke and checked my bike ran before sign off. Bike was safely secured in their van along with 3 others as they are experts in transporting motorcycles. They were brilliant, great communication all through the journey from before pick up to my bikes destination. Great vehicle for my bike where it was very secure and they were very fast moving it to Brighton to County Durham - 260 miles. Very recommended

It’s always a bit unnerving when making a big purchase via a website. But Andy at Move was so helpful. From the first point of enquiry to delivery at my front door. Everything was as described, and communication was frequent and clear. He even went the extra mile to make sure the bike had a new battery as it had been idle for a while. What a company!! I was selling a motorcycle and the buyer got a quote from these guys to pick up and deliver it. From a sellers perspective they were awesome, great communication, the driver was so helpful and just made the whole thing easy from start to finish! Would defo use again and would recommend these guys to transport any motorcycle!
