Andy kept us informed about my bike delivery every step of the way with both text and phone calls. He was aware I'd hoped to have the bike in time for the Easter break and pulled out all the stops to make it happen. Andy is polite, informative, thorough and extremely respectful. Marvelous service, I was contacted after my initial purchase, then again to inform me of my delivery date, kieth my delivery driver called me to let me know the time of delivery, he was very professional and pleasant to deal with, wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend.

Andy and the team were fantastic. Communication was excellent. Very accomodating to my needs. Collected 2 bikes in central London on Friday and delivered 300+ miles away on Wednesday. Couldn't fault it.
