Excellent company. Andy rang me the night before collection, at his home, to say when the bike was being delivered (which was sooner than excepted) There was an issue with the bike at the dealer but the first person to ring me was Andy, really nice guy and apologetic even though it wasn't his fault. Delivery was rearranged and the bike arrived in a nice clean van and strapped down securely. Keith the delivery driver was really helpful and all in all I'm genuinely happy with how my bike and I have been treated.
