I bought a bike, unseen, up North and I live way down in the South West. We were told it would be between 10-14 days for delivery which was fine so imagine my surprise when it turned up 4 days after we first spoke to Steve!! Tony delivered the bike on the Thursday and we were kept fully informed from when the bike was going to be collected to 30mins before it was dropped off. It was in immaculate condition, fully secured in the van and Tony took the utmost care in taking it out. Despite having travelled a long way and still having more deliveries Tony had a chat and didn’t make it feel like he was in a rush, that made us feel like our business was important and not just another transaction/delivery. Fully recommend the company and we will be using again on our next purchase in a few months. Thanks guys

An order was placed with Move Motorcycles on Wednesday. They collected the motorcycle, panniers, paperwork, spare parts and keys on Friday of the same week. I had a phone call on Sunday to ask if I could accept delivery the next day. I was told that it would be after lunch. True to their word, the bike and all of the additions were delivered to my garage door on Monday afternoon in perfect condition. The delivery driver, Tony, was so helpful. Faultless. I am very pleased.
