Smart,on time, excellent survey.very honest, helpful, with a full written report and quotation at the end.fitters been today,on time excellent job throughout,no mess, full demonstration.A local family business that performs perfectly,thank everyone for a perfect job.

Excellent service very professional would recommend
Initial meeting to discuss new boiler options was very clear and informative and our questions were answered and explained. Communication with the company was easy and they sent emails confirming start date etc. Extremely efficient instalation of boiler, carried out all work discussed in pre meeting, very professionally. Talked through what they had done and demonstrated the controls.

Had my boiler fitted today. 3 top block arrived at my house on time and very professional. Very considerate about the water being of informing me with everything that's going on and what stage they are at. Great blokes and a great company. Only 1 problem the singing could be better 😉👍
No longer responding to any form of communication
Unfortunately although the initial installation of my solar panels went really well and they gave several years of good generation, only 7 years into their 20 year lifetime a whole quarter of the array stopped working completely. Initially the director of Blue Flame responded to my requests for help to fix the problem (which is costing me a fair bit in lost payments and savings), coming round to have a quick look before saying he'd get his son to come round within a few days with electrical equipment to really work out where the issue was. This never happened - my calls, voicemail messages, emails, WhatsApp messages, website contacts etc... were answered twice only with another promise to talk to his son, then complete silence for several months. Now six months later I can only conclude that Blue Flame are no longer trading.

Electric vehicle charger installation
We were loooking for a company to install a home EV charger. After two failed virtual surveys ( one by the company the car manufacturer recommended and another abortive attempt. We googled on Bark and Tom from Blue Flame responded promptly. An actual survey was arranged and Tom on the visit talked us through how it would be done and offered two types of charger. Once we had accepted the quote we were offered a date for last Friday 24th February. The other companies had said initially six to eight weeks ! We had a time slot of 9:00-10:00 for the installer Ryan to arrive. He arrived on the dot of 9:00. Quietly and efficiently he did the job, did not need to switch of the electricity and cleaned up perfectly . After he helped me install the app on my phone. We would highly recommend this company if anyone needs an EV charger installed
