I have bought metal edging before but from a different company who were really frustrating to deal with apart from a delayed delivery. However, I have had a very different expérience with Andy at Core who was extremely efficient, great customer service and a very fast delivery on the products I ordered. Wish I had ordered my other stuff from them before.

I am a private member of the public who has (had) a slightly unstable gravel driveway at his private address with a small incline. Not as easy to bend to 90 degree bends as led to believe when ordering. overall the look the product gives is a good one.

I ordered 5 packs of lawn edging for delivery to Guernsey. I was quoted £100 delivery but after chasing their delivery firm it was reduced to £50. Due to an administrative error, not of Core’s causing, the first delivery was returned to Core. They then turned it around quickly for a second attempt. Sadly, the courier firm appear from have made another mistake and only delivered 2 of 3 parcels. Throughout this, Core were really helpful and refunded the short delivery and VAT very quickly. I would certainly use them again.
