Product faulty & poor customer service

Purchased 3 LVwell CBD vape bars, none of which worked. Emailed for refund or replacement multiple times, but no response. Poor service, I’d give them a swerve if I was you 😡 Update 26th June 2023 Strange, got a response from Zofia (via trust pilot) referring to extensive communication we had on Facebook, although I’ve never had any sort of conversation with Zofia🤔 or any response to my emails. Was accused of reporting my 3 faulty products 2 weeks after receiving, whereas I emailed my complaint the day after receiving. Was told a replacement had been posted on 14/6/23 but have still not received on 26/6/23. I’ll leave it to you to make your own conclusions as to whether you use these guys or not.

Not safe if on blood thinners

Did not notice any effects then found it is not safe for anyone taking blood thinners so had to stop

Just got emailed by zofia and told "no need to get upset"... not upset, simply stating a fact. You can't keep hiding behind postoffice delay excuses when I've received three other packages the following day after I ordered them... there is nothing wrong with the postal service - its your service that is lacking. Your customer service as well as distribution. Edit - response to latest comment from great example of customer service...
