Knowledgeable helpful and efficient. Product arrived promptly and was exactly as ordered

Item delivered in very good time after a very easy ordering process.

Unfortunately, my order seemed to get lost. It wasn't until I contacted Customer Services and a couple of days later received my order. Thing is, by the time the medication arrived my symptoms had cleared up, I used live yoghurt instead (ladies I expect you know what I'm talking about!)

Consignment was slightly delayed by Royal Mail, but otherwise good service and feedback.

Delivered what I had ordered but took a week to get there I know post is a bit erratic at the moment
