The experience as a whole was AMAZING. Nothing even slightly negative to report. Your website even states if there's an issue w/PayPal to try an alternative option. However, I didn't have any issues at all. Was seamless. Your website is user friendly. Arrival of my package was surprisingly Fast! But to Stop off, the fragrance i ordered was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!! I've been hunting for a Duplicate of this particular fragrance for Years! You guys NAILED IT!! I am one Happy, Very Excited, coming back again, Customer!! Please do NOT change A Thing! I've been buying Eden perfumes for many years. Primarily from the Brighton store, then later the Worthing one, I usually go once a year when visiting my friend to pick out a few fragrances and have recommended them to many people. I loved that there were vegan versions of my favourites, which are Aventus Creed, a Dior one I wore on my wedding, Neroli Portofino, Chloe, Boss bottled and boss the scent. I just bought the Spicebomb dupe and was expecting a strong peppery scent like the original, as they never disappoint. What I received is like a watered down version that I can't smell at all after it's been on for a minute. I may as well be spraying water. It's so mild. I really was disappointed. I don't want to buy the original as I want the Eden version, they are usually better and stronger smelling. Nobody has complimented me on this one, probably because they can't smell it at all in passing. I really hope this one gets improved. Love everything else about the company and all the other scents I've tried. I'm certain this is a one off and it hasn't put me off the company at all, but I don't think I will order them online again now.

Great customer service, quick delivery and I was kept updated with order and delivery status. I also emailed a question which was answered promptly with a friendly email. The perfume ordered is lovely and a very good likeness to the older style Samsara.I recommend this company to family and friends and will definitely be ordering again.

Fantastic Fumes - I adore the Eden parfumerie and all that it stands for. I had an order recently via post that had a crack in it and without any question, it was replaced immediately with no hesitation.
