Michael is a very likable & extremely professional agent who worked tirelessly on our behalf , he gave us great market advice from the outset & was there for us all the way through a very difficult sales process. He produced a very impressive advertisement for our home along with a stunning sales Video which highlighted our homes best features perfectly. Michael demonstrated that he clearly knows the property Industry inside out as nothing fazed him or knocked him off course in finding the perfect buyer for our home. Our chain collapsed twice & within a couple of days on both occasions Michael had re secured solid buyers in the broken areas of our chain. Thankfully Michael's experience came through to save us again as he had kept all our options open , our sale stayed on track, so we did not lose our onward purchase as a result Michael achieved an excellent price for our home & coolly renegotiated an increase when asked to as the market had shifted upwards significantly during a protracted & difficult sales process.
