Really delighted. I bought the wrong dishwasher but it was no problem at all. Cheaper than all the big national chains, very friendly service, great communication and I have already recommended to lots of friends.

I needed a cooker and a fridge freezer. Initially I went to Currys intending to purchase there. After being in the store for 22mins no one even asked if they could help so I thought I'm off and taking my money with me. Thought of Broadbents and was glad that I did! Exceptional customer service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. And although I didn't find the cooker that I wanted I did purchase my fridge freezer from them. I couldn't even believe that they offered me next day delivery! I was told a from and to delivery time slot but come today the day of delivery I received a phone call to say I was 1st on the list and they'd be by me in 30min or so. It was great to see that the person who had sold me the item was also one of the delivery person. Fabulous experience. I will keep looking for my cooker with them.
