Great sport recovery massage
After a week's hiking I needed a tight shoulder and lower leg loosening off. The 45 minute recovery massage was a great help. Comfortable, well-equipped clinic room and effective treatment.

I’ve been seeing Kirsten for about a year and a half now. Have had a couple of injuries that needed treatment and now go for regular sessions to keep on top of various issues. Kirsten is knowledgeable, kind, empathetic and excellent at what she does. She takes time to listen, treat and advise. If any rehab exercise is needed she demonstrates things well, let’s you practice and then sends an electronic worksheet with links to videos of the exercises, which have been great to remind me later of the technique and number of repetitions. Somehow Kirsten has a knack of finding just the right spot to work on!
