Customer service - amazing!!! Our order was delivered to the wrong address (partially my fault) and they corrected my mistake by reprinting and rushing the order. Quality of envelope - amazing. Card - everything looked really good on the printing. It was the design of the card. We thought we were getting a beautiful foil design and it was not. It was made to look like a foil design. After looking forward to getting the cards ready to go, we are wondering if we will even send cards this year. We really wanted to make a statement this year and the card just did not meet the standard we set.

Our cards came in a timely manner and are a great quality. We will order from them again in the future.

We were so disappointed when we folded the cards to close them, parts of the outside edge showed white paper! It’s the only bad looking Christmas card we have ever had. I took photos so u could see what we mean. It’s too late to send them back but what a waste for us & for you. Kate & Charles Tweedy, M. D.

This years Christmas Cards were a REORDER from the previous year. I pulled up last years order from our account online, removed 2 logos from the bottom of the card, and placed the order. I also added preprinted envelopes this year. When the order arrived it didn't have our personalized verbiage on the inside but a random stock saying. I called to tell them they did it wrong, the customer service rep said no, it's not our fault - but we will reprint last years order (with the logos removed) for 1/2 the cost of the original order. I had no choice but to say yes because we were at this point 1 week behind in getting our corporate gifts out. I am VERY upset - supposedly they are 100% satisfaction, that is NOT true. I had to pay for THEIR mistake! I WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN.
