Unfortunately my experience shopping with this company was not a positive one. I am having a kitchen fitted and the plinths that were included were too short which meant that there will be a visible join so on the advice of the carpenter decided to look elsewhere for 3m plinths and he would return to fit. Found 3m plinths with this company so decided to order with them. I was not advised of a delivery date when ordering which I found frustrating as needed to get them fitted ASAP. Once I placed the order I received an email 3 days later to advise that they had placed an order for the plinths with their supplier and they will be deliver 15 days later - if I knew this would be the length of time to wait I would not have ordered so felt disappointed with this but as they were just what I needed I decided to wait. Arranged for the carpenter to return the day after delivery who set about fitting the plinths only to discover that they actually measured 2.7m, the same as my original plinths!! Contacted the company to be told that they only supply the plinths at 2.7m and the website is incorrect!!!!! Having waited over 2 weeks and then having to pay the carpenter for wasted time I was not impressed.

all items were delivered with great protection so nothing was damaged or missing.

Hi put my order in and had a delivery date witch was fine the only thing I was not happy with was the delivery people as on the day off delivery they said between 8.30am and 18.00 ok I nipped down the road to get something and I told my son to keep an eye out the guy come minute's after I gone he layed the doors up against my porch wall but in a very laying position when I got back it was drizzling so I had to climb on the doors to lift them one by one into my garage I was not happy I think that guy needs to be retrained in stacking materials other than that the doors were lovely thanks Steve
