Everything as agreed, took photos of car with me on collection and deposit returned within a week

We have used Viaggiare twice for car hire and had problems twice! The first time our flight was diverted, I notified the hire desk 30mins after our agreed hire time and they had already rented the car to someone else, this resulted in paying around £400 more than expected. The second time we were unable to hire the car we booked as we needed to cross a nearby country boarder, this restriction was not made clear at the time of booking and was hidden in the small print, this resulted in additional costs of around £300. Lesson learnt, pay a little more and get a professional service.
