dissapointing…

My experience was rather dissapointing with you guys. Firstly my car was booked for 8PM on Warsaw airport. My flight was slightly delayed, I landed 7:55 PM. I called the front desk right away and was told that they are closing 8:30PM and if I won't make it, than it's my problem. Luckily I went through baggage and passports quite quickly and made it to the office. I got the car ok however baby car seat that I ordered wasn't mounted in the car and the car park was almost 1km away so I had to walk with my baggage and infant son there carrying an extra weight. When I got the car all left side of it was covered in mud but hey I need a car to get me to my destination, didn't bother me that much. At the pickup I was informed that the office location is changing and I need to return the car somewhere else and will receive an email with directions. After 6 days; one day before return date I chased it as I didn't receive anything and was informed to return the car to the same location. I asked for the address of the car park as there are plenty around the airport and was told I will get it shortly but unfortunately I didn't. Next day few hours before I was due to drive back and return the car, I chased the address again, gentleman on the phone said he does not have the address of the return point and the best he can do is to send me a picture(!!) of QR code with location, due to lack of other options I said its OK. To no surprise at this point I didn't get that picture for few hours and I chased it again right before departure l, I got it an hour later when I was already on the road. I had only one phone so the QR picture was useless to.me at this point. When I got there some nice guy form the other rental place pointed me to correct carpark. Additionally to this I was told that noone will collect the keys at the car park and I have to bring those to the office, just what I need before the departure. After all I gave back the car ok. I hoped that this experience is already past me but turns out I was wrong. Yesterday I received and email saying that I will be charged 450zl cleaning fee because I returned the car extremely dirty. By the way a week rental plus baby car seat was 400zl total. I admit that there were some crumbs from my sons corns puffs on the seats. Email also said there was mud in the car and I got a picture of car mat !!! What a surprise that there is a little mud on a car mat in winter after a week of driving. I didn't know there was a policy that I have to return car in imecable condition even though I didn't receive iit like this in a first place, but my fault for not reading T&C maybe, however minimum hourly rate in Poland in 27.77zl which means that I was charged for 16h of labour(2 working days!!)for hovering the seats which is widely excessive.

Rispettare la categoria di auto scelta…

Rispettare la categoria di auto scelta dal cliente è fondamentale per garantire il servizio adeguato. Se si sceglie e si prenota un'auto di segmento C non ci si può ritrovare poi con un'auto di segmento A... Questo può comportare dei reali svantaggi per l'utente nell'utilizzo effettivo del mezzo e la necessità di restrizioni, compromessi e difficoltà non previste al momento della prenotazione.
