Excellent services and reasonably priced holidays

Sarah at Norad Travel has helped our family plan holidays for a number of years now. She spends so time making sure you make the right choices, hotel, trips, guides - nothing is ever too much trouble. Her attention to detail is second to none and we’ve always been delighted with our choices.

We would thoroughly recommend Norad Gloucester, we have used them to book our last four holidays & each time they have been very helpful & knowledgable. The staff are very friendly & will spend the time to go through all the details on a one to one basis. They were also keen to know how the holiday went on our return, ringing us to enquire which was a very courteous thing to do.

Excellent, individualised customer care - Joe and Mel understood exactly what I was looking for and found it. Nothing was too much trouble.

To be honest we have used NORAD a couple of times and had great holidays but this last one did not live up to our expectations. Unfortunately we did not get the standard of hotel we requested but trusted the girls in the office for their advice. The area was lovely but the hotel although ok was not up to our usual standard. Would only use NORAD again when Joe is in the office!

The Norad team work as one and provide excellent advice and recommendations. We have been using Joe and the team for a few years now and have never disappointed in their selection of holidays or their service.

Have used our loccal Norad travel agent many times , and have had excellent service every time , Joe and staff know us well and always tailor the holiday to suit our needs , never disappointed , will always use Norad in the future .
