Used to be on time calls, now I’m lucky to get one. Then they’ll call at obscure times and expect me to be sitting in front of my computer. Reschedule and the same thing, no call, just wasting my time. They were doing well but 2023 they’ve failed in many ways. Won’t be renewing with these guys!

For a couple of years, I had regular monthly computer services by IT Satisfy and I renewed my contract late last year. However, since the beginning of 2023, IT Satisfy technicians have failed to contact me for the monthly service. I was always 'satisfied' with their service while it was provided and would be happy for them to continue. I do not know why the contact stopped. I feel I have been cheated.

Yet again I received an ad-hoc call yesterday expecting me to be at my computer for my computer check up when I said it was not convenient as I was at work I arranged for them to call me this evening at 7.00 pm yet again I didn't receive a call. Still waiting don't expect a call anytime soon. Terrible service

I used them once back in 2005 they solved my problem but ever since then to present they are calling me on a daily basis and now in 2022 and still constantly twice a day useing diffrent phone numbers have asked them on many times to remove my number it's now classed as spam on my phone never again will I use them there like a parasite that won't leave you alone

I used their service once now they hound me everyday by phone using different phone numbers each time. It's tantamount to harrassment. Don't use them.

I love your software, problem solver. What is even more better is IT Satisfy customer support, they keep answering my questions in a moment.

Pros: What I like most about this software is their customer service who responded promptly. thanks for this!!! Cons: Nothing!!! I am contented with the way I'm served.
